The VAM and Company (VAMCO) has launched a promotion where it distributes marine gear worth MVR 100,000 and 200,000 for every customer that purchases a Doosan branded engine 

Some of said gear include fish finders, GPS devices, binocolours, and auto switches along with other goods such as bilge pumps, galvanic anodes. engine oil, and gear oil. 

The promotion will continue until the end of July this year. 

Doosan, which according to VAMCO is in use on 400 vessels currently operating in the Maldives, has won two awards for being the best marine engine by the Maldives Boating Awards.

VAMCO is the authorised distributed for the South-Korean brand.
