Maldivian model, who was making a splash internationally, was found dead in Bangladesh, on Wednesday.
Reports state that Raudha was found dead in her hostel room on Wednesday afternoon. Bangladeshi police have ruled her death a suicide. She was 20.
The young woman was studying medicine in Bangladesh’s Islamic Bank Medical College.
According to reports, her body was found after her roommate broke into the room after failing to hear from her.
Raudha 'the Maldivian girl with aqua blue eyes' was featured on the cover of the Indian edition of Vogue Magazine- along with five other women from South Asia- in October 2016.
A photo of her in the turquoise sea, taken by photographer Mohamed “Sotti” Shifaz, had gone viral two years ago, landing her one of the top spots in the Maldivian fashion industry.
Well-wishers and supporters continue to flood social media with condolences to her family, as well as expressing their sadness.

Out of everyone in our batch, I really thought Raudha was going places. Unlike those who bullied her, I think she will be remembered. R.I.P

Raudha was such a beautiful and talented girl. She was humble and sweet. It's so sad to see such a young life being taken away so soon.
