Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital has said that one of the two individuals involved in an accident on Saturday night “had sustained serious injuries to the head”.
IGMH’s media official informed that a 26-year-old man was brought in late Saturday night, adding that he had sustained severe head trauma in the crash.
“He is being treated at the hospital’s surgical ward,” informed the media official.
Two individuals were injured in an accident in the capital Malé City late Saturday night, with one receiving treatment at ADK Hospital. The accident occurred near Bank of Ceylon on Boduthakurufaanu Magu.
An eyewitness told RaajjeMV that the accident occurred after the driver of a motorcycle, travelling at a fast speed, crashed into a cycle parked near the bank.
