The owner of Ozen Reserve Bolifushi in Baa atoll, Hussain ‘Bolifushi’ Shareef has passed away.
His sudden death was reported on Sunday evening.
Shareef passed away while receiving emergency treatment at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) close to sundown on Sunday.
He was 60 years of age, at the time of his death.
Shareef was the main shareholder of Gateway Maldives Company, founded and incepted in 1994.
Bolifushi is a property leased under the company.
Shareef has been known for his contributions to individuals as well as the social sector.
