Enhancing their mobile app has been described by BML as important work under their efforts to improve their services and provide banking services with the latest modern technologies.

BML aims to digitalize their services and provide them efficiently to their customer base, when ever and where ever they are located.

BML boasts features such as:

  • Quick pay to make transfers without the need to add contacts,
  • Verification of account name before making transfers or adding contacts,
  • Generating receipts for previous transactions at any time,
  • Switching between personal, joint or business profiles,
  • Applying for banking services, managing cards as well as updating personal information,
  • Sending messages to BML, for which customers will receive notifications for replies.
We are delighted to launch our new Mobile App today as part of our digital roadmap to enhance customer experience. It is also an important milestone as we continue to invest in technology to deliver a better banking experience for our customers across the country. The updated app now includes services that have previously only been available on our Internet Banking platform. Over the coming weeks, we will also be introducing additional features to the app, including our digital wallet and payment functions"
Tim Sawyer, BML’s CEO

The country’s national bank was the first bank across the island nation to launch mobile banking services. BML launched mobile banking during 2015, paving efficient banking for their customer base any time, any where. Currently, over 90 percent of BML customers are registered for online banking.

During 2020, over 73 million transactions were made through BML’s digital channels.
