First Lady Sajidha Mohamed has officiated at the graduation ceremony of Chimes Preschool.

FL Sajidha officiated at the Chimes Preschool graduation ceremony for the class of 2023 – 2024, on Saturday morning.

The ceremony was held at the conference hall of the Islamic Center.

Taking the podium at the ceremony, the first lady encouraged students to pay attention to the advice offered by their parents as well as teachers, and to strive to study well.

Encouraging students to limit screen time, Sajidha also addressed the parents who took part in the ceremony and stressed the importance of spending quality time with children.

She also urged parents to spend more time with their kids and to ensure their children are raised to appreciate Islamic values.

The first lady also pushed parents to work to instill love for the Holy Quran, in the hearts of their children.

Stating that parents and teachers play a pivotal role in the growth of young minds, Sajidha expressed appreciation for their efforts in guiding students throughout their education.

Graduation scrolls were presented to 23 students during the ceremony.

Further, students of Chimes Preschool presented the first lady with a drawing.

117 students are enrolled at Chimes Preschool currently.
