Judge allows, Muavviz replied that there were other cheques deposited to SoF's account prior to the MVR one million transfer to Yameen' account. There is reason to believe these were owed to MMPRC as acquisition costs of islands.

Four members attended both meetings related to this. All voted to compile a detailed report. It is possible that some members did not sign the meeting notes, then-president did not sign possibly because he has not been unavailable since, the other three members have signbed : Muavviz responds to questions whether then ACC-president Hassan Luthufee had attended the meeting noting that his signature is not in notes
Ex-President Yameen has requested Judge Hailam to give adequate time to question Muavviz Rasheed.
Luthufee on Wednesday revealed his decision not to testify in the trial. While he made the announcement via a Facebook post, this has since been deleted

Judge Hailam has given the state 30 minutes to question its witness, while the defence has also been given 30 minute to cross examine him.
Afterwards, state will be given an additional 15 minutes.
