Ooredoo Maldives has launched an Enterprise Support Center to connect the company’s business customers with expert support service.
Ooredoo said the Center will provide a 24-hour support hotline and manage Ooredoo business services. The company also said they will be "prioritizing on expedited assistance to customers reliant on digital technology."
Ooredoo Head of Sales Hussain Niyaz said the service is now expanded nationwide via the company’s submarine cable network.
Ooredoo added that with the increase in their customer base, it was imperative that their level of service also matched and delivered to customer expectations. Niyaz added that Ooredoo provides solutions to businesses and as such, prompt and effective solutions must be provided to their customers at any given time.
The Support Centre will provide assistance via phone and remote access, assisted by technical engineers and customer support staff. He added that the company will also provide on field assistance if required.
Ooredoo had expanded their product base to cater to the growing needs of their customers, including the provision of fixed internet, fixed voice, wifi, ipTV, pbx and CCTV services.
