Dhiraagu has started their Ramadan promotion for this year with grand prizes. 

This year's promotion is exceptional because the company plans on donating 10% of the money spent by customers on the new data packages introduced by Dhiraagu to Tiny Hearts of the Maldives. 

Dhiraagu has introduced two data packages for this Ramadan. One package provides 1.5 GB data for MVR 120 while the other provides 4 GB for MVR 250. Additionally, customers will receive a free extra GB for social media usage. 

Dhiraagu also plans on giving one lucky customer an Umra trip with all costs covered. 

Furthermore, Dhiraagu is conducting a social media promotion through Instagram where people can capture different scenes related to Ramadan under the hashtag #RoadhaMoments. The weekly winners of the said contest will receive GoPro Hero 6. 

Dhiraagu is also utilizing twitter for a promotion in which the company posts a macro photo at 10pm every night with the hashtag #Meekoacheh, which translates to 'what is this?' and the account that gets the most answers correct will be gifted a breakfast for five at Seahouse Restaurant. 

Similar to last year, 'Dhivehinge Raha' will post videos of different food recipes on Dhiraagu's social media platforms every Monday and Thursday.

The company has also provided discounts on calls to Saudi Arabia this year. Therefore, customers will be charged MVR 1.88 per minute if the promotion code is entered. This offer stands from 16th May till 17th June.

Similar to previous years, Dhiraagu is also providing convenient methods for their customers to pay 'zakat'. While the company has announced that customers can use pre-paid to pay zakat, customers are to dial *123*8# to access the service. Prayer alerts are available this Ramadan as well. 

Dhiraagu stated that their objective is to provide convenience to their customers on the holy month of Ramadan.
