ADK Hosptial has introduced an online service titled "Ask ADK" on Sunday.
ADK Hospital, the first private hospital to be established in capital city Male', introduced this service to help provide better service to those who have queries regarding the several services currently being provided by the hospital.
The online guide "Ask ADK" was introduced by ADK's Managing Director Ahmed Affaal in a special ceremony held at ADK on Sunday.
This online guide will accordingly generate the most relevant answers to message queries on the services available and their details. If the service is unavailable on the app itself, the guide will systematically send a hotline number to contact for further information.
ADK's official website directs the link to the service upon clicking #AskADK and viber users can scan the QR code in the poster and for Telegram users please click the link given in the tweet posted in their official twitter account.
We are proud to announce the launching of #askADK. You can now check your doctors duty and token status through #askADK.

Affaal said that the main objective behind this service is to find the most efficiently accessible way to provide information for the people.
"Ask ADK is very accessible. Information can be attained easily and speedily through this service" said Affaal.
In addition to the online guide, the hospital had established a Fast Track Counter as well.
Said counter helps provide speedy services to those seeking quick treatment and operates under Aasandha and other health insurance schemes.
