The Criminal Court has scheduled a hearing over the state’s case against MP Ibrahim Mohamed Didi.
The hearing has been scheduled 14:30 on Wednesday.
MP Ibrahim Didi is facing terror charges for allegedly arresting and detaining Judge Abdulla Mohamed of the Criminal Court.
Prosecution and defence exchanged documents and went through discovery on the 22nd of August.
In 2015, the Prosecutor General withdrew terrorism charges against the MP. However, the office had renewed allegations against the opposition aligned parliamentarian.
The renewal of charges came after the opposition filed a no-confidence motion against parliament speaker Abdulla Maseeh.
