Criminal Court has once again scheduled the hearings of the terror charges raised against Vilingili Constituency MP Saud Hussain and former Deputy Minister at Education Ministry Ibrahim Haneef.
The two have been charged with conspiring to carry out a terrorist attack by planning to assassinate High Court Judge Shujau Usman.
The hearings have been scheduled for Wednesday but was cancelled as summons could not be handed over to MP Saud.
The summons were handed over today stated that the hearings will be held on 28th of this month, at 2PM.
Terror charges were first raised on the two over the case on July 20th. If proven guilty, then the two face a jail term between 17 and 20 years.
The prosecutors reportedly have an audio recording and a testimony from a government official as evidence against Haneef.
