A Note Cosmetics Mono store has been unveiled in Hulhumalé.

Former Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation Aishath Nahula officially unveiled the Note Cosmetics Mono store in Hulhumalé on Friday.

Alongside Nahula, singer and actor Mariyam Ashfa and Aishath Afnan Rasheed joined the ceremony as chief guests.

The inauguration of the new Note Cosmetics store has been in the works for a while now and the store owner revealed that since Note is one of the most widely-used cosmetic brands by the people, the inauguration of the new store in Hulhumalé was an attempt to end the need for customers to travel to Malé from Hulhumalé to buy Note products.

Further, they revealed that in addition to the store opened in Hulhumalé, a variety of products from the brand are available in Malé City as well as islands in outlying atolls.

Senior Marketing and Sales Manager at Note Cosmetics, Ahmed Niyaz revealed that all products available in Malé stores will be available at the Hulhumalé mono store as well.

Highlighting that Note Cosmetics has emerged as one of top 10 makeup brands across the global market, he added that a wide variety of products will be available at note stores in the Maldives as well, as it is a fast-growing brand.

New shades of Note’s iconic lipstick range will be available at stores in the coming week.

Niyaz added that they are also organizing a special event called the ‘Note Run’, following the inauguration of their new store.

He stated that the main purpose of the run is to empower women, and added that this is the first run they have organized specially for women.

Further, he said that a majority of the proceeds from the run will be donated to the Cancer Society.

Nahula officially launched the ‘Note Run’, slated for April 26. The official jersey for the run was also unveiled.
