He said this while speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the 'Future Landscape of Coaching' masterclass series.
As such, taking the podium at the event, VP Naseem stressed on the significance of skill improvement and flexibility in today’s fast-paced world, stating that lifelong education and flexibility are vital for success with the swift technological progress observed and everchanging global scenarios.
The event was organized by the World of Tomorrow at Villa Nautica in association with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The Future Landscape of Coaching masterclass series carries the purpose of cultivating a comprehensive coaching culture in the Maldives, with the involvement of professionals.
VP Naseem noted that it was a necessity to continuously develop professionalism, coaching and mentoring to mirror the swiftly evolving global landscape and technological advancements.
The vice president highlighted that for a small island nation like the Maldives which relies on productivity and limited resources, it is of utmost importance to enhance the skills of the workforce.
The masterclass was led by the Vice President of ICF Robert Garcia.
Centering around 'The Future Landscape of Coaching in Organizations’, the session explored the dynamic environment of coaching within organizations and shed light on the importance of aligning strategic objectives with a solid organizational culture.
